Etiquette education is a highly valued life skill, and I have had the privilege of helping thousands of adults, professionals, and students develop the confidence and social skills that contribute to success in both personal and professional settings.
My journey into etiquette education began during college while pursuing a degree in Recreation. During an internship at South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, Florida, I created a program called *Manners Madness* for the recreation department. It was my first opportunity to teach etiquette in a fun and engaging way, and I quickly discovered how rewarding it was to see those "light bulb moments" when people realized the value of these skills.
For more than a decade, I served as a youth coordinator and cruise director aboard cruise ships. Those experiences placed me in a variety of formal environments alongside captains, passengers, and dignitaries where protocol, professionalism, and social confidence were essential.
During that time, I had the opportunity to work closely with a formally trained English butler, Ray Williams, who taught me not only the rules of etiquette but also the history and reasoning behind them. Together, we hosted entertaining and educational programs for passengers, including *Table Manners and Party How-To's*, helping guests gain confidence in social and dining situations.
Since 2001, my husband, Ricardo, and I have been honored to work with thousands of business professionals, adults, and students. Our passion is teaching manners, etiquette, communication, and social skills through a fresh, practical, and modern approach that people can immediately apply in everyday life.
For us, this is more than a profession; it's a calling. We believe that confidence, courtesy, and respect open doors, strengthen relationships, and create opportunities. Helping others develop those skills continues to be one of the greatest joys of our work.
