As a chaperone at this event, you will be seated at a table with students for the tutorial dinner (you will not be placed at a table with your child). You will play an important and hands-on, active role, at the table, making sure the kids are behaving and their polite conversation is flowing.

About the event
As a chaperone, you will be seated at a table with students for the tutorial dinner. If for any reason you are not able to help or an emergency arises, please text Carey Sue directly at 405-520-3527 so we can fill your seat. If you know of another adult who would like to take your place, that would be tremendously helpful!
Chaperone Dress Code: The Dress Code for the students is “Black tie”. For the chaperones, you will see a bit of everything from Tuxedo to Dark Suits on the men. For the ladies, either a long formal dress, a knee-length dress, or “church” dress would be great.
DURING THE DINNER:
Each table will have at least one chaperone. As a chaperone, you are making sure the kids are behaving and the conversation is flowing and that someone isn’t either left out or monopolizing the table. It can be hit…
